I know that some recipes need to be indulgent, and I don’t mind anything in moderation. One thing I always have stocked in my pantry though is whole wheat pasta in all it’s shapes and forms.

This is a beautiful, restaurant worthy dish made in the comfort of your own home! A knockout dish of fresh clams and shrimp in a very light creamy sauce with linguine. So much easier than you might think, and this will be a dish that won’t fail to impress.

Carrot, celery and onions are hidden stars and there is the perfect mix of spices and herbs. Definite crowdpleaser and a staple family recipe! Whole wheat pasta is the perfect hearty base to pile that sauce on to.

The perfect combination of flavours, this basil pesto chicken pasta combines an easy homemade pesto sauce with juicy oven baked chicken breasts, whole wheat pasta and toasted pine nuts for a comforting and easy meal. So many parts of this are delicious- the homemade pesto, the sweet spicy chicken. I like using whole wheat fusilli for this!

The definition of an easy dinner, this is a one pot dish where everything gets thrown in and baked in the oven, including whole wheat pasta in a creamy cheesy sauce with chicken and broccoli. You don’t need to precook the pasta! This is creamy without being too rich, because it uses milk instead of heavy cream.
