I am a dietitian turned passionate blogger dedicated to showcasing my Middle Eastern heritage and American upbringing by bringing you the best family friendly recipes.
I cook for my three kids and hungry husband and share only the best recipes here. I believe all recipes should be easy and accessible so you can make them on repeat!
I have the biggest sweet tooth, I look forward to dessert with a fiery passion, so you’re going to find a lot of decadent desserts here too.
With a background in nutrition and a passion for cooking that started as a kid (the first books I ever checked out from a library were cookbooks), I combine scientific knowledge and years of experience to craft delicious, mostly Middle Eastern recipes, MOSTLY healthy, that appeal to anyone who loves food at any level of expertise in the kitchen.
