Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375F (190C), and start preparing your pizzas.
On each tortilla, about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce, leaving just a small border around the edges. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, add toppings of choice, then drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with dried basil.
Place in air fryer basket (mine fits two mini tortillas at one time- otherwise do one pizza at a time) Air fry for 3-4 minutes or until light golden brown, and cheese is melted.
Let cool until you can handle the pizzas, then cut into slices and enjoy warm!

Notes
Ingredient Notes & Substitutions:
Tortillas: Use small flour tortillas for the best crisp and stability. Whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas also work—just make sure they aren’t too thin.
Cheese: Go for shredded mozzarella. You can also mix in cheddar, provolone, or parmesan.
Toppings: Keep toppings small and finely diced so they cook through in the air fryer. Some ideas are red onions, green bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, pepperoni, crumbled up sausage
Recipe Tips:
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) before cooking for a crispier base.
Don’t overload with sauce—1 tablespoon max per tortilla to prevent sogginess.
If your tortillas are flying around, cover them with a metal trivet or rack that fits in your air fryer.
Storing Leftovers:
Store cooled leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3–4 days.
Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 1–2 minutes to restore crispness.
Avoid the microwave—it makes the tortillas soggy.
Freezing
Assemble pizzas (uncooked), freeze on a tray, then store in a zip-top freezer bag for up to 1 month.
Air fry directly from frozen, adding 1–2 minutes to the cook time.
