Fruit Salad with Citrus Dressing
This is a delicious, fragrant fruit salad with citrus dressing that's fragrant with oarnge blossom and rose water, and full of delicious fruits in a variety of tastes and textures.

1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice 2 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon rose water syrup 1 tablespoon orange blossom water 1 banana cut into bite sized pieces 2 plums cut into bite sized pieces 2 pears cut into bite sized pieces 2 kiwis cut into bite sized pieces 1 mango cut into bite sized pieces 1 orange cut into bite sized pieces 1 apple cut into bite sized pieces 1 cup strawberries, cut into bite sized pieces 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds 1/4 cup almond slivers (optional) 1/4 cup pine nuts (optional) handful mint leaves
Whisk together the orange juice, honey, rose water, and orange blossom water in a large bowl.
Add all the fruit pieces, the pomegranate seeds, pine nuts and almond slivers, and mint leaves, and toss well to combine.
Either serve immediately, or place in the fridge until ready to serve. It'll get saucier as it sits.
