This creamy, sweet, and healthy smoothie is perfect for fall. Naturally sweetnened with dates, and with a hint of peanut butter, you'll love the flavor in this!
2medium apples, peeled and chopped, frozen for a creamier smoothie
1teaspoonchia seeds
1teaspoonflaxseeds
1cupmilk of choice (cows milk, almond, oat, soy), cold
1tablespoonpeanut butter
3dates, pitted
pinchcinnamon
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a high powered blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into smoothie glasses and enjoy immediately!

You can add more dates or a splash of maple syrup or honey if you want this to be sweeter.You can substitute the peanut butter for almond butter, or leave this out entirely.This will make 4 small glasses or 2 big smoothie cups.Make sure to keep blending until smooth, so you don't get grainy pieces of fruit.
