This is such a simple and delicious way to get crispy, healthy, oil free chickpeas conveniently in your air fryer. Uses my favorite air fryer chickpea seasoning and they are really versatile to use in any recipe or just to snack on!
1canchickpeas, drained400g (14.5oz) drained, rinsed, and patted dry
Instructions
Preheat to 350F (180C)
Mix together all the spices, and add to a bowl along with the chickpeas. Toss well to combine.
Add all the chickpeas to the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes in the air fryer, shaking every 5 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
Store at room temperature 4-5 days (not in an airtight container).

For oven roasted chickpeas: If making in an oven, preheat oven to 400F (200C), spread in a single layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and oven roast 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan every 10 minutes.For other seasoning mixes: Chickpeas are so versatile, you can try out a whole bunch of different flavors like:

Ranch dressing dry powder packet
Nutritional yeast to make these taste cheesy
Parmesan powder- toss these with Parmesan after cooking to avoid them burning
Storing leftover air fryer chickpeas: Leftovers will last at room temperature, uncovered or with some air coming in to avoid them getting soggy, for 4-5 days.
