Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 390F (200 C).
Lightly brush halloumi slices on both sides with olive oil. Place in the basket of the air fryer, trying to make sure the slices don't touch each other.
Cook at 390 F (200C) for 7-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the outside. Enjoy either hot, at room temperature or even cold!

They'll use their crunch but are still really tasty eaten cold.
