This frozen mango smoothie without banana is so tangy, refreshing and super simple! A handful of ingredients and you get a delicious mango lassi inspired smoothie with cinnamon and cardamom.
1/2cupbuttermilk or milk of choicelaban works great
1tablespoonhoney, maple syrup, or agave syrup
squeezelime juice
pinchcardamom powderoptional
pinchcinnamon powderoptional
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a high powered blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness/lime juice if desired.
Pour into 2 cups and enjoy!

Notes
Make sure you are using a blender that is high powered, like a Ninja blender, to make sure that it's capable of crushing the frozen fruit.
I prefer frozen mango, it'll make the smoothie cold, thick and creamy, but you can also use fresh mango cubes.
