Hindbeh (Dandelion Greens)

Add onions to hot oil

Caramelize until deep golden brown

Add hot water to dandelion greens

Then plunge in ice water

Squeeze out all the water

Add to caramelized onions with salt

Saute for 15 minutes

Garnish with more onions

Serve with olive oil and pita bread
